Hope Schoolhouse was a one-room school for the town of Moonville before it was deserted. The school was purchased as part of a state park and in 1998 was renovated to become the Hope Schoolhouse Interpretive Center. The schoolhouse now features exhibits and programs on the area’s history and serves as a special event site.
Swan School was active from 1921 until 1955 as both a school and community building. The building now serves as a visitor center and is open to the public on special occasions.
Dunkle School House was built in 1885 and closed in 1935. The building was used as a home for some time, before being restored in 2006 as a cabin.
